Infants
At Viva Christian Academy, our educators understand the importance of creating a trust-filled relationship with your baby.
By quickly and reassuringly responding to your baby’s needs, our infant room teachers support their growing sense of confidence and well-being. Making eye contact, talking in a calm and quiet voice, singing, and cuddling ensure that your baby is content and ready to take on the next stage in their development.
Toddlers
Educators in our toddler classrooms work to build strong bonds not only between children and teachers, but between teachers and parents as well. This partnership with your child’s teacher, along with excellent communication about your toddler’s development, results in a confident, secure toddler with the confidence they need to express themselves and grow their vocabulary.
Pre-K 2
As your two-year-old discovers all the things they can do, they will want to communicate with others and to do more things on their own.
Our educators understand this and use various sensorial, fine motor, and gross motor experiences to encourage your child’s literacy and comprehension skills and desire for independence. These experiences also allow your child to interact with peers, become more social and begin to develop emotional control.
Pre-K 3
As your three-year-old engages in conversation and exchanges knowledge and information with peers, they are immersed in a world of learning.

Each day, educators in the Pre-K 3 classroom provide experiences rich with age-appropriate academic components to provoke your child into the act of inquiry and curiosity. Stable classroom routines and rules make for a peaceful environment in which learning can take place.
Pre-K 4
Your four-year-old likely enjoys new experiences and collaborating with peers. Our educators take advantage of this by encouraging experiences that allow for an exchange of ideas in the classroom.
